Falling Trees and Falling Branches

Many friends, neighbors and clients call and ask questions when a neighbors tree or branch fall on their shed/garage/house causing damage.

During the surprise storm in October of 2006, my own neighbors tree fell into my pool! It did damage my fence but nothing happened to the pool.

These types of homeowner losses are really an "Act of God" and not a negligent act by another homeowner.

I have put a quick video together to explain it for you, watch>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pRg4dbYNhWw

Hope you enjoy!
